Heliconius charithonia o mariposa cebra.

Hi! My poor dahlias are going to bloom soon, but some bugs are attacking them! Looking in google, I have found pictures of a bug that is very similar, the cicadella. They look like tiny grasshopers, but brown, they jump and fly a little, and are hidden on the downside of the leaves. The leaves affected are getting yellow and with a lot of little black dots.

For now I have sprayed the leaves with soapy water, since it was very effective with aphids.

Have you ever dealt with them? Is there any effective way to get rid of them?
