These three again?
I became very determined to get a composition I liked for this one. The actual inking didn’t take long, but the compositioninvolved sketches, tracing paper, more sketching, more tracing paper… photocopying, scissors, and finally shuffling things round on the light box. I wanted them to fit snugly in a circle with balanced and pleasing negative space. Coaxing the drawing to line up with the image in my head took a while, but was worth it!
