friendly local here, this is actually 249 park street, its across the street from 250 park and was torn down in 2015 I believe
The business was Jacksonville Paint Co and it used to have a cute rainbow motif encircling the flag/building. I have no clue why they painted over that and left this but the stairs are the only thing still there
If you wanna see it theres pics on google streetview and you can see several other cool murals throughout the years on the surrounding buildings but fair warning right around the time they tore this down you’ll see aggressive gentrification and lots of smallish old urban houses (think shotgun style widely popular from the late 18 - early 1900’s brought here by those of african to saint dominican decent) torn down as well. Which is a real shame because of the great fire of 1901 (history lesson below if you’re interested)
