Thoughts on Malignant
Watched James Wan’s new film Malignant tonight and how can I put this nicely…it’s as if he threw 80′s Cronenberg body horror and 70′s Argento giallo into a blender, sprinkled some 90′s horror comedy in there, and hit blend without putting the lid on so it splattered everywhere and made a mess.
Needless to say, I’m a bit disappointed.

Tobin Bell actually laid down through all the scenes of the film, and no prop dummy was used at all. Saw was made on a limited budget (the reason it is mostly shot in one room is because it was all the production team could afford) and went on to be one of the most profitable horror films of all time.
