May is Mental Health Awareness Month with the theme of loneliness, so for this week’s #superfriendssunday @yakido asked us to pick a song against loneliness. I thought of the touching song You’ve Got a Friend, and its renditions that came out in the same year from two iconic artists, its author Carole King and her friend James Taylor. I love how the song echoes through both albums, amplifying the theme against loneliness.

Saw James Taylor last night for the first time in 14 years with my mom. (His was my first concert!) I have definitely changed more than he has in that time – what a timeless voice.
