Hiyoko manju is famous manju here in Fukuoka. The shop which make hiyoko manju started the business in Izuka, Fukoka in 1897. In 1912, the second owner of the shop made this Hiyoko manju.
After that…. well the manju is still famous and popular among Japanese people!
Taste it if you have a chance!!!
Manju is traditional Japanese confection. Usually outside made from flour and rice powder and filling made from read/white beans paste and sugar.
