碧潭飄雪茶 Bitan Piaoxue Tea
Bitan Piaoxue Tea (碧潭飄雪茶 bìtán piāoxuĕ chá) is a kind of scented tea produced in Sichuan province (四川省 sìchuān shĕng).
The sparkling white flower buds are carefully picked during sunny afternoons, adding to the tea a fresh and sweet aroma.
碧bì (green jade) — refers its jade green color; 潭 tán (pond) — represents the teacup; 飄 piāo (to float) — the petals floating on the surface of the water and its rich fragrance; and 雪 xuĕ (snow) — stands for the pure white jasmine buds.
