Piccolo and gohan’s mentor/mentee relationship is so fun to explore and I love it, but there is also a tragically missed opportunity in canon for a similar relationship between Goku and Kami and if I can’t have it I will Create it

Srsly he spends 3 years up on the lookout and besides the initial meeting they barely interact ;_; idk the idea of ‘bumbling kid befriends a reclusive and self-loathing god figure’ to be interesting. Not to mention a foil for Gohan and piccolo
