I’ve been busy working on BABEFEST Vol. 2 lately. I had actually finished it, but then decided it wasn’t good enough so I’ve started taking a lot of risks and teaching myself a bunch of new InDesign and Photoshop stuff, which is awesome!
I’ve been posting sneak peeks like this one to my Patreon blog if you’d like to get in on that action. :)
My copy of BABEFEST finally came while I was away in Canada. It’s pretty beat up (is this MagCloud’s fault? The Royal Main’s fault? Who knows!), but inside it’s beautiful! I love it, and not just because I helped make it.
I had actually finished the entire magazine a lot earlier in the year, but decided I hadn’t taken enough risks and pushed myself enough to learn while making it. So I started all over again and tried to make it more interesting. I learned A LOT, including spending many, many hours figuring out how to make a neon light sign with Photoshop.
