I was expecting a delivery of new supplies today, but alas, the Art Gods did not will it so…! Here’s a sneak peak at a new piece I’m waiting to colour. There’s a story attached to this one, but I’ll tell it when it’s finished! It’s my first drawing on tinted paper and I quite enjoyed it - can’t wait to see how it’s going to change my colouring process! I hope you’re hanging in tight

The Morgane of Fishbones - all inked! Morganes are the merfolk of Kernev, daughters of Dahut and sorceresses of the sea. Water is their dominion since men have taken the ground as their kingdom, and relinquished the ocean. The Morgane of Fishbones is a warrior known to collect bones and shells from the sea bottom, and weave them into her armour. My lovely p@trons requested an inking tutorial for this month’s special post! I took plenty of pictures while inking this, so the post is coming up very soon (probably tomorrow!) I had a difficult week working from home, and I’m glad this is finally behind me…! See you soon
