I’m up to the first Vexen battle in Re: CoM and I’ve got 800 CP and 320 HP. Is this enough to battle Vexen?

I don’t know, I never beat his first form.

I recently had to restart my re:com playthrough on Beginner because the Vexen battle was too hard.

Be warned that he can insta-freeze you if you don’t have enough zeroes, you have to break all of his sleights, and you NEED to have the Parasite Cage enemy card in your deck because when he gets low on HP he uses an Enemy Card that will revive him if you deplete his HP without first nullifying it.

… Lexaeus is one of the founding members of Organization XIII, but that’s not really indicative of how important he is to the plot.

Okay so this is going to be difficult because in Reverse/Rebirth, Lexaeus only has about 7-8 minutes of screentime, and his personality in those 7-8 minutes can be summed up as “strong, quiet, and smart”. That’s it. He goes along with Zexion’s plans and is pretty much his muscle, but he doesn’t really do anything important until he fights Riku after he completes his second set of Disney Worlds, which results in his death when he succeeds in pushing Riku into the darkness, and then almost immediately gets killed by “Ansem”. Just about all we get is him lamenting that he fought Riku, which doesn’t really give him much depth since the battle resulted in his death.

He’s faced as an Absent silhouette in Kingdom Hearts 2.

In Days, he teaches Roxas how to use Limit Breaks by hitting him in the face hard enough to almost kill him in what is perhaps the funniest scene in the game and one that I and many other fans will forever be mad about not being included in the Days Movie.
