Archer’s attempts of taming Kimblee will always be futile, no matter what he tries. Even worse when Kimblee likes Archer’s more aggressive measures, oops.
SO, it’s my archblee-partner-in-crime’s birthday and they really love Frank Archer, so I drew him getting the undivided attention by all the Kimblees. <3
I don’t think it really translated at all to the anime how fucking run-down Kimblee actually ends up looking in his fight against Alphonse, and that’s a shame.
Just look at that, his suit is damaged, like downright torn in places, and there’s dirt and dust all over him. His hair is out of place and if you ask me, those circles under his eyes make him look kinda weary.
Like, here I can really see the toll the fight is taking on him, as pleasant as he still finds it.
All these little physical repercussions just make the battle seem so much more intense, more so than just, you know, getting his pristine white attire a little stained at the end of it.
