Been wanting to draw him without his helmet for how long now and finally did it! Wanted to do it since the beginning for his damaged art and also have a canon hairstyle with it thanks to xstarfirex on Twitter.

FINALLY finished my full artwork for my design of a Resplendent Gatekeeper!✨ Hopefully that means I can finally draw more Gatekeeper! XD

Trying to stay active for now; So here’s a WIP of a more refined sketch of Resplendent Gatekeeper which I plan to color and everything, and progress on the lineart for a human version of Feh the messenger owl.. (which has been in my WIP for far too long :P)

Gatekeeper mentions Sharena a few times in his dialogue’s and I think it’s cute that Sharena not just talks to him so much but also seemed to have a genuine interest in him even before his summoning. So I now dub them BESTIES~!♥ (Not a ship btw, but feel free to see it as such? idk)

I’m enjoying this a lot! (I haven’t felt so motivated to draw after work in so long.)

Very happy with how Gatekeeper turned out in the new CYL banner! Giving him a horn as a weapon and opening the gate as an attack! Brilliant! <3<3<3

So I went back to a Resplendent Gatekeeper I designed while the CYL5 voting was going on and decided to refine it a bit. Kinda wanna draw his legs still and clean it up. Let’s see. :D

Was too busy over the weekend to post this; But here finally is my piece for the @gumicollab2021. Really experimented with my style and trying to go for a more 90’s anime vibe initially.

SPOILER WARNING!!

So my favorite OC from Fire Emblem Heroes, would be Fjorm. This is my undoubtedly biased answer just because she appeals to me so much in every way.

Story-wise though, Alfonse is becoming a favorite as he does get better as a character as the books progress. I also really like Anna and consider her heroes self to be the best among all Anna’s across the franchise.

Favorite story/plotline would probably be Book III. I absolutely loved the twist that the ominous scene of Sharena getting cut down by Hel in the opening–Wasn’t just an omen. It did happen in other worlds, and Lif being an alternate version of Alfonse was a really good twist.

And lastly, if there’s a special moment that stands out to me, it would be two scenes from Book IV. It may not have been my favorite book, but I was surprised as I finally binge finished it that they managed to get me in the end.

Those scenes are: the reveal that the “Alfonse” who was dreaming this whole while was actually the Summoner all along. It gave a lot in the way of characterizing the Summoner more, and showing that they care for Alfonse just as much as Alfonse cares for them. (I will admit, it sort of miiiiiight have almost got me on the Alfonse x Summoner ship.help)
The other scene would be the conclusion to the Sharena<>Peony mix up. I’m actually glad they didn’t just state out right who was the original who or whatever. I like that they left it up for interpretation, and for the characters themselves, it simply did not matter in the end. They have now grown up and lived to be who they are now, and that’s the only truth either needed.

I don’t think any of the stories in FEH are perfect by any means. But I do love and enjoy them none the less and I have become very attached to its cast. If there was one thing I would actually be salty about, it would be that I wish the characters from previous books still showed up in later ones. XD

Ecaille in a Day of Devotion outfit.

After 2+ years straight of working on a game in a company, I really feel like I got rusty at drawing in my own style. Don’t get me wrong, I love my job, but it does get tiring constantly drawing in just one style.

I’ve been trying to get back into the groove of drawing my own things again and it wasn’t going well. For a long while I felt like I was just trying to copy my own style instead of it coming naturally to me.

I think drawing Ecaille has finally broken that for me. I finally feel like myself again drawing and somehow I never thought my own OC/FEH fan character would do the trick.

I do hope I continue drawing more. I have some more ideas for comics and other such things. So let’s see! :)

But honestly, I’m still reeling at how amazed I am at this fandom that a no name NPC won. It’s honestly amazing and I can’t even be mad that he overtook Marth. XD

I think he’s an inspiration everywhere that even the most obscure character can be loved so dearly. He deserves it. :D

So here is my tribute to his victory with the core FEH crew and my Summoner!

I recently pulled Zhongli out of pure luck so he and Childe are re-united in my party!<3 (I had to spend money for Childe tho //weeps)

And my crack ship! Razor’s such a glass cannon. Certainly one of my strongest damage dealers; But won’t survive long without Barbara. X’D

The second one felt more natural to draw so I’m hoping I’m getting my mojo back. Also more Genshin hopefully. :P
