Love that these two pieces ended up going so well together! An absolute win.

Vest: patterned and sewn and embroidered by me. Frog fleece from JoAnns. Buttons from Etsy.

Here we go! Blocking my Weekender. I’m really hoping that blocking will magically fix everything I don’t like about the fit of this sweater. Maybe this is why you don’t wait like five years to knit a sweater… personal styles change

I did it! Finally, finally got time to finish the sleeve on my weekender. All that’s left is to weave in the ends and block it. Fingers crossed I love the finished product

The absolute AUDACITY of this sleeve to be knit in the wrong size needles. Thanks a lot careless brain It mostly stung because it was 11 pm and I was ready to start the cuff. Ended up frogging it instead. It’s ok though, I got this. No tears were cried

Y’all, we are getting so close to finishing this sweater! I’m moving soooo slow on this last sleeve. I just keep losing interest after a row or two. Here is hoping it’s done this week and I can wear it before the weather warms up!

I did it. I finished this stupid hat. Still had to rip out the original decreases to go back and add length to the body of the hat. Honestly, I could have even made it bigger. But it is what it is! It’s off the needles, my hubby likes it, cat hair and all.
