Some chars have alt costumes that replace them with a different character. This is intentional in the case of characters like Hikaru, Posion, Bill and Unknown Soldier - their palette swap versions get to be alts - but there’s some less obvious ones too.

Other ideas: Your favorite Belmont as a Richter alt, your favorite Snake as a Naked Snake alt, Ken as a Ryu alt, Morrigan as a Lilith alt, Apollo Justice as a Phoenix Wright alt (w/ Trucy replacing Maya), Roll as a Mega Man alt.
