Have you tried @auntjackiescurlsandcoils flaxseed recipes or other products? Before leaving the US in November I’d been homemade flaxseed gel on my hair post-wash (for a bout 4 months) and my hair loved it. I picked this up here at a surprisingly large beauty supply store on the west coast that had eh-vuh-ry-thang!
My #locs are currently in a very dry and neglected state so I picked up this Intensive Repair Conditioning Masque to see if it can bring my hair back to life a lil bit until I can get to a stylist. I’ve already tried it once but I won’t make any declarations about its effectiveness just yet because the way my hair is currently set up??! I’m gonna need to use this on a regular and consistent basis before I can say anything for sure.
Let me know … Have you tried this? What were your results?

#Tbt to a month ago. I’ve been wearing my #locs like this on the occasions I don’t have it in a high bun or head wrap. HEADBANDS SAVE LIVES (so do hats)! And no need to get fancy. Scrap material, headties etc., when finessed correctly, can take you very far on looking like you’ve been doing stuff to your hair.
