So I’ve seriously been slacking BUT daily I have found 15 MINUETS to do a little something, something… so just wanted to post to say…
- take at least 15 minuets daily to work on your physical
- leg raises
- crunches
- sit ups
- push ups
- donkey kicks
- light stretching
- 1-2 reps of hatha yoga sun salutations
- hula hooping
- anything else to fill 15 min.
