The new direction for the Transformers saga seems to have been a smart move. Listen, we know what we are getting with Michael Bay’s version of the character we all grew up with. You either love it or hate it.

I for one dig it. I like seeing these characters on the big screen. I am really liking the fact that Mark Wahlberg is now the lead and really, it seems that this latest chapter, Transformers : Age Of Extinction, is not pulling any punches.

And that is very much illustrated in this latest trailer that just dropped. We see a ton more action as well as getting a bit more of what I imagine will pass for a story.

Check it out below:
Transformers: Age of Extinction will be released on June 27.

I really like this trailer, there are some cool action shots that pretty ensure we are going to have a fun little movie. It is what it is. But I like that.

We are two months away from the opening weekend for Transformers : Age Of Extinction, the next chapter in Michael Bay’s Transformers saga. Previous movies aside, it seems that this one could be fun. We haven’t seen much, however what we have seen has actually been pretty encouraging.

Next up we have a Japanese trailer introduced by Mark Wahlberg and while it doesn’t show us a whole lot of new stuff, we still get a couple of things that we haven’t seen yet – including a pretty dope takedown by Optimus Prime.

I am ok with the fact that we don’t much at this point about the movie. With so many other movies opening between now and then, it would get lost. Plus I dig that, unlike other studios, we are not getting pretty much the whole movie before we go in.

Check out the trailer below.

Transformers: Age of Extinction stars Mark Wahlberg, Jack ReynorNicola Peltz, Stanley TucciKelsey GrammerSophia MylesLi Bingbing and T.J. Miller. It opens on June 27.
