Chinas hottest female stars and models poses for Mario Testino in Vogue China September 2015 issue. 

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Vogue China gathered the ten biggest female stars from China to pose for Mario Testino in looks inpsired by the Golden Age of Hollywood. The women who appear on the cover are actresses Li Bingbing, Zhang Ziyi, Zhou Xun, Carina Lau, Fan Bingbing and Tang Wei; singer Chris Lee; director and actress Vicki Zhao, and models Du Juan and Liu Wen.

The super Chinese film duo; movie director John Woo and actress Zhang Ziyi are pairing up for a cover spread in GQ to promote their latest film ‘The Crossing’ which is scheduled to hit Chinese cinemas this week.

Zhang Ziyi

Zhang Ziyi is a Chinese actress and model. She achieved fame for her role in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000). She is best known for her appearances in Rush Hour 2(2001),Hero(2002),House of Flying Daggers(2004),2046 (2004) and The Banquet (2006). Her most critically acclaimed works are Memoirs of a Geisha (2005), which earned her a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Drama, the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role, and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role; and The Grandmaster (2013), for which she won 12 different Best Actress awards.  Date of Birth: 9 February 1979.  Height: 165cm (5′ 5″). Weight: 48kg (106lbs). Body Measurement: ‎32-24-34 in (81-61-86 cm)

Never thought I’d say this, but I finally painted with my one fear – green. As much as I hate and avoid painting with the colour, I think it actually turned out pretty cool I think! It’s a scene from from one of my favourite films, ‘House of Flying Daggers’ because green features so heavily in the film and it’s one of the first things that came to mind. It was going to be either this, or a portrait of Shrek  #brbchasingdreams
