Hi there. I’m a 19 year old little. My Daddy has brought up rape play and im interested because its with him. The only issue is I’ve been actually raped lots of times. He hopes it’ll help me get passed that fear, having a safe word and all. But I’m scared that there will be a trigger and it’ll break my brain and I’ll be scared of him when hes the only guy to make me feel safe. Have you ever had a play partner who’s using rape play to get through the trauma of real rape? Thoughts would be nice

Every individual deals with these things in their own way.
To my knowledge, I’ve never had a sub explicitly use rape play to take back their agency.
I have heard from plenty enough victims that it works wonders for them, but I’ve also heard how it can send them reeling back into their trauma.
It’s something you’ll have to feel out for yourself. I don’t want to encourage you into something that might harm you, while also not discouraging you from something that’ll help.
You know you best, and this is your choice in the end.
I think you’ll be okay if you do choose to go ahead with it. I trust in the faith you have in your Daddy’s ability to read your emotional state during a scene. At least enough to recognize that you’re being pushed anywhere near the point of your mind breaking. I don’t think that if the scene is a trigger, that you’ll start associating your Daddy with that trauma and lose the safety they provide.
Still, I’m not a victim of this type of trauma, so my thoughts are only speculation.
If any of my followers have any advice for this one about their trauma and their relationship with rape play, I think it’d be a nice addition to have more perspectives on this.
