Fibroids develop in the walls of the womb BUT are luckily non cancerous (benign), however sometimes they require surgery.
Some foods are said to possibly shrink fibroids but please don’t forget to follow your doctor’s instructions, they have a Doctorate, I do not :)
Wholegrains
Soy
Beans
Omega oils (found in many fish and capsules)
Apple cider vinegar
Wholemeal
Green tea
Burdock root tea
Chasteberry tea
Avoid added sugar
Less coffee and alcohol
Less red meat
And of course, organic foods, fruits and vegetables and increase water consumption (enough so your pee is clear like water).
Another key is to avoid foods with added hormones, the unwanted estrogen may affect you.
