Niomi Smart and I got together a few weeks ago to shoot work out wear! She’s currently training for the London marathon to raise money for Cancer Research,  you can donate and see more images from the shoot here.

The Royal Family takes on mental health awareness with a campaign closely linked to the London Marathon. 

With its focus on physical health, as well as mental, the video completely inspires as the Duke of Cambridge asks us to “get our heads together and change the conversation about mental health”.
