I don’t think I’ve actively implied that in this ‘verse - or at least I don’t remember if I have - I think the most I’ve said about Narcissa was that she was excellent at working behind the scenes, for stability and continuance in uh this piece over here. However, yes, that is pretty much an accurate summary of how I think of Narcissa Malfoy.

Close, but not close enough. Here’s a clue: Draco Malfoy did flee to France after the war and something terrible that happened to his father courtesy the justice committees made him flee. Is Lucius still in Azkaban? Maybe, but I don’t think it would warrant Draco and Narcissa visiting him at different times.
