2p!Japan- Very, very rarely. If he’s crying, it will be a few silent tears, quickly wiped away before anyone can see. He will hide it until his dying breath- no-one can ever see him cry. Full-on sobbing will only happen if something seriously bad has happened, and it’s one of the most solemn, horrible things you will ever witness. To make Kuro cry, something will have had to deeply unsettle him- the death of a loved one, being deserted by someone he trusts, feeling like he’s failed his people e.t.c.
2p!Germany- Not too often, as he’s a generally happy person who doesn’t get upset much. He can be very sensitive and prone to overthinking, however, in which case it could be something as mild as thinking he’s being ignored that could set him off. Whilst crying, he’d sob noisily, with lots of sniffing and a red face. He’d hide his face due to a fear of looking ugly, but to his closest friends he wouldn’t hide the fact that he was crying.
