My magnolias are really beautiful this year. Last year the buds were ruined in a late frost, so there were few, and they were pretty mutilated.
From my bedroom window on the second floor, the blossoms look like they’re floating. I love the way they bloom on bare branches every spring, before they leaf out.
As the world locks down, the cosmic and floral candles of the the universe burn on unwaveringly. Willing to illuminate the homes of anyone who will answer their knock.
