Spring is OFFICIALLY here! And let me just say the Brits know how to bring it, whether it’s with those adorable accents or better yet their style they always deliver. Hardy Amies is the epitome of what a British Gentleman should always dress like. Spring just doesn’t bring blooming flowers it also brings blooming colors. Lets talk about this is the time of the year to lets those saturated colors out, like for real. From those amazing (olive green is what I’m going to call it, but correct if I’m wrong) pants are to die for, literally a must have in any dapper guys wardrobe and plus if you get the shoes too! And just because it’s spring and its getting warmer don’t mean you can’t throw on a cable knit (they will always be a great piece to have). I’m pretty sure my wallet just shrugged of fear because it knows I want and need that stripped pea coat and that tote as well. Before I continue let me just state the obvious and say just how sexy this collection is, like damn I would sell an organ to have this collection in my closet like yesterday. The fabric choice is immaculate, the cut/fit are genius (if you’re going to buy a suit, make sure it fits like a damn glove just like these do), and like I said the COLORS are to just right (well for me anyways). What else can I say about Hardy Amies; sexy, smart, and sharp. Until next time my dapper dudes.

Banana Republic, where do I even start? Part of Gap Inc. it’s the higher end of the masses. From having some of the best designer collaborations/collections, they sure know how to bring it every season. And their fall/winter collection has all the right moves. From windowpane trousers to camouflage everything this is a collection for the ages. I was drooling over every piece, esp. that red jacket, and the faux-fur trimmed parka. Don’t even get my started on that steel blue quilted jacket (MUST OWN FOF EVERYGUY). And turtlenecks are back; we’ve been seeing them everywhere so it’s official go buy one! What I love about BR is not just the amazing discount I get, but the fact that it’s always super chic and perfect for the American guy who doesn’t care spending a little more on a great wardrobe. This will last a lifetime. And Leather is huge, there I pointed out the obvious, buy anything with leather, and you will not go wrong! Alright guys, till next time, and remember keep it dapper.

Shades of Grey is bringing hipster back like no other. There’s 100% chance that this is probably going to be the summer of hipsters. Literally long live the kings of street fashion this year. This collection is everything I’ve ever dreamed about summers (that and the Hamptons) everybody needs some hipster this summer. I’m literally about 1 Aztec print pant away from going mad. Take note that this collection is made up of mainly shorts, and then they threw in some harem pants? (1 is freaking tie-dyed). The prints they used are genius it’s undeniable. These shorts are insane; I mean stripes, crazy Hawaiian prints. And the tops don’t disappoint either; this collection … there are no words. I need state that I want the cropped navy windbreaker (my precious) and that navy jacket with the red sleeves, I can’t handle this collection, basically want all the shorts, and in sticking to my inner hipster I have to say that long sleeved Aztec-ish faire isle sweater has got to be mine, I owe to myself to own it. Those socks are pure genius. I mean Shades of Grey is what my bank account will look like.

Lets talk about J. Press, this time I’m going to keep it short. If you described the All-American man, J. Press is what they are probably decked out in. I truly like this collection because A) COLORS EVERYWHERE!!! B) It’s laid back yet super cool (Ivy League status) C) It’s versatile (you can mix anything) D) It’s DAPPER end of story. The parkas, the sweaters, the shorts, the colored pants, the shoes, just everything; it’s a great collection, made from some of the best materials and fabrics.

Kors, yes the Michael Kors. There’s no denying that Michael does RTW like no other. The detail’s he puts into every piece are insane. Freaking color blocking a blazer, who does that? Kors does for sure. And this collection is all about color blocking, which is why it caught my eye, and well of course it being Michael Kors. I mean that grey suit with the yellow tie for the pop of color is insane! It’s genius, and a full on red suit, so dapper. And turtle necks? For spring? YES! It’s working its way back into our lives gentlemen. And that all black look with the white belt and shoes, PERFECTION I can’t even talk it about it’s the best (everyone should own). Pea coats, I live in the ATL so pea coats for spring I’m not quite sold, (I do love me a good pea coat though) unless you want to sweat bullets. But my fellow dapper dudes, you’ve got to own a piece of this collection, you’ll be set. If I were you I’d go to check out this entire collection, there’s some other kickass looks, like a giant white coat, STRAIGHT UP PIMP!
