Inuyasha being obsessed with food is funny until you realize that spending half of his life having to hunt to feed himself or starve, never knowing how long it would be between one meal and the next, likely played a factor on it too.
Which makes little things like Kagome going out of her way to cook him homemade food or preparing little picnics for the two of them, the Higurashis inviting him to stay for dinner and the Inugang all eating together as a family even more special, because it’s something he was deprived of ever since Izayoi died.
I am very excited to see Moroha together with her maternal family! I cannot imagine the mixture of emotions on the part of both sides (Moroha and the Higurashi) of being able to meet and know each other ✨
