i think this could be useful for the people who is not totally sure about spend their money in this movie, it has their good and bad points, but generally is a great movie, so please, let’s show them that “A Hispanic story” can be as good as any other one, or even better!.
Seriously, go see the movie. It’s filled with many wonderful things depicting one of our most sacred traditions that invite everyone regardless of their culture to be part of (not offensive at all—we always enjoy sharing our traditions and rich folklore).
It explains very simply how we despite mourning our loss ones, we celebrate them by remembering them and the life they led, how death is just another part that we will all cross, and it’s filled with celebration.
The colors, the language—everything is point on. Even the mannerisms of familial characteristics of long ago that are still present in various degrees.

for swap!Zatz: at first I wanted to swap him with Scorpion Warrior (or whatever she’s called), but then I decided that it would be more logical to swap him with Acat. So 3rd picture is just a “what if” design, and 4th is an actual design for au (this is the only drawing here drawn this year. I’m too lazy to do a full body x)))
