Redesigning Jollibee by following Japanese standards of character design. The mascot is classified as “cute” and is meant for general audiences, thus it leads under “kawaii” aspects. 

I would say i did try my best. 

Jollibee is a fast food chain originated from Philippines. 

Redesign is made by me. 

A few years ago I worked at the University of Minnesota. It was the worst job I’ve ever had. 

The day I was ready to tender my resignation, this was sitting on my desk. I thought the universe was trying to tell me to stick it out longer – that the job would get better. So, I stayed for another year. 

Spoiler alert: the job did not get better. In fact, it got worse. 

But I did keep this photo. And it still makes me smile. The one good thing I got from that job. 

Glad I took some time to work on this little fella for #rehuionbud contest. So cute! Perhaps I had too much fun with that background. I hope it’s not drawing away attention from him a lot… But overall I’m happy with how this turned out, hope you do too~ .
