Built in 1712, Cherrypond Manor was home to one of the most prolific families in Windenburg. Despite warnings from locals (who are convinced that the cliff-laden forests that surround the property are home to something sinister), Lord and Lady Northcott designed and built their dream estate from the ground up. And it was a dream - that is, until all six members of the family, as well as the nanny and the maid, disappeared one by one.
Though it has changed hands many times since, Cherrypond Manor seems unable to find a family willing to make the estate their “forever home”. Perhaps it’s the eerily out-of-date decor, or the horrible sounds the house makes at night. It’s just an old house settling on its foundations.

First of all, after trying to give my cc really interesting and elaborate names for months now, I’m officially giving that up, at least for dresses… it took me longer to find a name for my stuff than to make the preview pictures, so… not worth my time.
Second of all, more historic dresses won my poll last month! So here is one of them! I hope you’ll like this one :) this one is a mesh edit of two dresses by the wonderful Sifix, and i’m so excited about it.

I really like the texture and the baby hairs of the basegame addition and will probably experiment with it further.

This one I made because I wanted/needed another middle-part/updo hair for my black sims, and there was a basegame hair that was added some time last year that seemed a good base for it! I love how it turned out, and I hope that you’ll like it too!
Today we have this Picture Frame that you can use to decorate your houses. Full disclosure, the idea was savagely stolen from @vampireloreskill , I just wanted a few changes and of course my own swatches, so I redid the whole thing.

Hello simblr! Polished nails are great, but every once in a while, nails need to go back to natural too, right? So, after last week’s French Manicure(try them, they’re gorgeous!) this time I recolored the short nails from the basic game but left them natural, without any polish! And it works great in the CAS and the game!
So, these Natural Nails come in 17 colors (I tried to cover all the nail colors but I’m not sure I got it right) and there is a package for every age and gender in the game. And of course, they are compatible with the base game!

Reshade is a great program to improve the graphics of our sims 4 game! Once you’ve tried it, you can’t do without it! Since I got it, I’ve been playing a little with the sliders, to have a clearer game, a little less saturated but contrasted and sharpness, a slightly different image. That gave me this preset that I’m proposing to you today: Winter Day.
- Gameplay friendly - Compatible with Reshade 4.3 and higher. - Edge smoothing doesn’t need to be disabled.

Since they were broken by the June 3 patch, I fixed them quickly ! Thanks to ChippedSim for its package file and its posts on the S4S forum which allowed me to repair my pretty first eyes ! This set was actually supposed to be a part of @maxismatchccworld super secret wish list but it took a little longer than I wanted it to but better late than never. One of the wishes was for a nursery/toddler set that had a bed that looked like a crib and I was happy to take on this one because I’ve been meaning to do a nursery set for a while now. We all know our sim babies are practically objects so after making the nursery cc I had to include more for our toddlers and kids who can actually enjoy it. I know the holidays have passed but I added a little holiday gift in there for my followers. I got to say apart from the holiday bear the activity table and toddler high chair are my favorite in this set. Thank you guys for the love, I hope you enjoy it and have a happy new year.

Things to know:
The crib and co-sleeper do not have a foot print so they can be used by downloading Kiolometro’s crib mod from here which will turn EA’s crib invisible so you can place the baby anywhere.

This is the first time I’ve ever made a set so huge and I’m very nervous about posting it haha. I was tired of being solimited in my colour choices, and since learning fence recolours arepossible I decided I simply hadto do something about it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: @lotharihoe‘sbrighter foundations fix. I had a whole ramble about how annoying the ground storey gradient is while this post sat in my drafts, and this mod fixes it completely!!

I made these lots as I played, I hope other Simmers enjoy them. Here is Rockwood.
Well your Sim might have been promised a sustainable eco container home with a detached workshop, but they probably didn’t expect it to be in the centre of the polluted shipping district of Evergreen Harbour, or have a storm drain running through the property. I played this as though my Sim developed the property so as Port Promise’s eco footprint got greener so did this lot, the storm drain was rewilded, the concrete was broken up and both grass and hardscaping created a more welcoming environment.
Rockwood fits on The Shipping Views in Port Promise, Evergreen Harbour.
Rockwood is a micro tiny home if you have Tiny Living Stuff and has both Off the Grid and Reduce and Recycle turned on to balance out those bonuses. (Keep them all, turn them off, play however you like )
