Built in 1712, Cherrypond Manor was home to one of the most prolific families in Windenburg. Despite warnings from locals (who are convinced that the cliff-laden forests that surround the property are home to something sinister), Lord and Lady Northcott designed and built their dream estate from the ground up. And it was a dream - that is, until all six members of the family, as well as the nanny and the maid, disappeared one by one.
Though it has changed hands many times since, Cherrypond Manor seems unable to find a family willing to make the estate their “forever home”. Perhaps it’s the eerily out-of-date decor, or the horrible sounds the house makes at night. It’s just an old house settling on its foundations.
