I took exactly one frame of @dick.carroll at @thearmourynyc as I was setting up to make portraits of the shop’s visiting artisans for an upcoming series. I will undoubtedly take more next time! I asked him what the three biggest influences on his style have been: “northern soul, french new wave, British invasion” Soul Wave Invasion? Ok you heard it here first.
