Una giovane donna al centro di una fotografia lei cammina taglia l’inquadratura perpendicolarmente eppure è sfocata riesco a notare la sua pelle chiara e i capelli neri corti e aperti dal vento lo sfondo è una texture di persone le persone, invece, sono bene a fuoco un mercato rionale, forse certamente d’estate magliette colorate e sole chiaro che le ravviva tutte quante la giovane donna veste…
When talking about a GOOD MORNING, nothing beats a morning at Mercato Centrale.
We used to go to Mercato on evenings and thought that it was the best, little did we know, Mercato has something even better to offer. On a Saturday morning, my sister and i decided to give a Morning @ Mercato a try hoping that it would be better than going there on the wee hours of the evening…. and Mercato certainly delivered.
There were a LOT of booths there that we enjoyed (FREE TASTE!! FREE TASTE!!), but there’s ONE that stood out.

what really got our attention, aside from the cute little boy, was the huge chunks of cookies available for everyone to taste.. I wanted to try EVERYTHING, but was a bit too shy to do just that. hahaha..I tasted just 4 variants of their cookies and immediately fell in love with each of them.. But what I REALLY CAN’T SEEM TO GET OVER was their TRIPLE CHOCOLATE cookie.
I must say, this REALLY quickly became my FAVORITE COOKIE —– EVER!!!
This, for me, is THE BEST COOKIEin the WORLD!!
We also bought the Cranberry Cookie, which is equally YUMMY!
From now on, we’ll choose to go to Mercato on mornings… ALL BECAUSE OF MONSTER COOKIES! :)

Ve le ricordate le lire?
Cercando altro tra i miei cassetti, è venuta fuori questa vecchia foto che rappresentava un mio quadretto da 200.500 lire (circa 103,55 euro in moneta corrente). L'opera (per così dire) risale agli inizi degli anni ‘90.
Mi chiedo se qualcuno abbia ancora appeso al muro l'originale ormai privo anche di quel suo modesto valore nominale.
Sic transit gloria mundi!
