i rlly just said “what if toki had a kid who was a silly little clown” and ran with it. they were born in like 2001, after dethklok’s first world tour. they grew up in foster care in germany, but eventually were reunited with toki who spoils them rotten & takes good care of them ;___;
Since we were talking about it today, felt like a good excuse to finally explain mine! This has always been very certain in my mind, so I was surprised when I didn’t see much of it in the fandom.
Basically, my MF hair HC is a combination of two things:
First, that he has a curl texture, and either does not know, or does not know how to take care of it. There’s been another resurgence of the Curly Girl Method, and with that, you can watch many people discover their hair texture! You can look to ‘before and afters’ of this to see how many people, who do not have knowledge about curls, just come to the assumption that they have frizzy, coarse, and wavy hair.
I think if his hair was well cared for, he would probably have a 3A texture. I’ve heard many stories of kids who grew up with their hair being “brushed until it was straight” before they could go to school. The tighter the curl, the frizzier and bigger that’ll make your hair. White people are often taught to dry brush as well, and with Murderface already having bad hygiene, I imagine there’s a lot of damage going on here.
So, that’s my second key point! Not just the curl texture, but that we’re looking at a brushed out curl pattern. Here’s some brushed out curl pictures.

Check out that shape! Imagine that, but shoulder length, with bangs. This image seems to be well-kept curly hair that was brushed out for fun, but imagine much more broken and dry, and you can see how it would become quite unrecognizable and untameable.

Well… It’s only a goddamn month late… BUT STILL here’s my contribution to dead-klokateer’s Dethklok tarot card art challenge. First time drawing Dr.Rockso and I’m pretty okay with the turnout, but I’m sure I’ll hate it tomorrow (so much wine while drawing this) but for now, I’m cool with it.
dorymclean requested her Klokateer, Nan…. This was supposed to be a colour palette challenge but I have to admit, I’m sick of that challenge already so I just coloured it normally (my apologies) :D
