I’ve had a thing for drawing people all beat up recently. I don’t think Pickles would even remember what happened after a night like this, but he seems happy about it :) Also, he looks like he’s posing for a photo which was a pleasant surprize. (and yes, he lost an eyebrow ring in the brawl).
Also, for those of you who asked, this is my drawing process…. backwards… sort of.

-base colour
-block shades
-detailing and highlighting if necessary (plus blood and bruising)
-half assed “background” because I’m lazy.

I altered Pickles’ wardrobe slightly because secretly I can’t stand the red cowboy boots (don’t hurt me).
This was only supposed to be a rough sketch to keep my mind going while I thought up a comic… guess I have writer’s block :/
