He’ll then how Will didn’t even seem bothered and almost seemed used to it.
I could see his heart shattering at not only the fact he’ll think he’s a bad friend, but that he realized Will didn’t say anything so either he used to the treatment or didn’t expect anything for his birthday bc he figured El would be more important to Mike

Until proven wrong, I’m sticking with theory that Mike will use the mixtape he made Will to bring him out of Vecna’s control

Remember that throughout the season Mike has changed the status between him and Will. They went from just friends to best friends. Who’s to say that’s not just him working up to them being boyfriends?
