Just primed some Ral Partha rpg miniatures. Getting ready for game night :)

Every night is paint night with The Army Painter Speedpaints. The easy and fun way to paint miniatures.

Upon looking closely at the graveyard, it seems more rodents have joined us. The Gravekeeper will not be pleased, but the skeletons are certain to enjoy the extra company.

The manor’s Garden Ghost is now beginning work on the grounds. She brought with her an assistant who (quite understandably) has been been too frightened to share her name. The Garden Ghost advised us to call the cat Boo.

We do not advise trusting the balcony. It is, in general, unreliable.

An endless hallway seems to be growing in the manor’s attic.

It has been far too long since we last made our voice heard. The Lady of Eidolon Manor fell ill and required our unwavering attendance. She has since recovered her usual deathly pallor and the resurrection of Eidolon Manor continues.

So, talk about the perfect project for a goth going into art conservation…!
This winter, I’m doing an internship at the Wenham Museum in Wenham, Massachusetts. I’ve been given the task of writing a condition report, proposing a treatment, and doing conservation work on this dollhouse.
But not just any dollhouse. This is The Addams Family Dollhouse, and it’s full of macabre delights in miniature!
I will be creating a blog about this internship for the museum soon, so stay tuned!

Yet another darkly delightful dollhouse, this from The Addams Family.

It seems the Sleeping Curse Roses have started to come in again. Dreadful things. Be careful not to prick your flesh on their thorns. If you fall asleep in their presence, they will drink you dry.

We received this darkling wreath for the funeral service. We think it adds to the ambiance of the conservatory nicely.

A lovely collection of other miniature haunts.

The Manor librarian has returned from her travels to take residence in the attic and oversee the library. We are ever so grateful for her return. She has brought so many spine-chilling tales with her. The skeletons will be absolutely tickled.

We should have mentioned: the tower room exists now.

The windows are now uncovered and the cat has come to play with the fish (how either of these two have survived the resurrections thus far is a mystery to us).

When the ghosts actually want to get work done, they are among the most reliable of spirits.

The library has had a series of fits and starts, with the ghosts bickering about every element of its decoration and build. The Librarian has finally settled to matter, and it appears real construction has begun.

The bedroom is, at last, nearly resurrected, and it would seem that yet another cat has moved into the manor. The grave keeper suspects the cats use grave dirt for litter, but having not witnessed such behaviour, we cannot comment on its veracity. We must admit to having a particular fondness of the Snape portrait. His visage adds a certain foreboding to the room.
