I would love nothing more than to bake bread with somebody. Gently poke their nose with flour, watch them intently as they knead dough. We can cuddle on the couch while we wait for it to bake, then sit entangled with eachother as we listen to the crust crunch and feed eachother bits with soft cheese and grapes. How radiant, how soft. Feeling so safe with one another as we bask in the simple things.

I want to just gently cup a girls face. I want to play with her hair, watch her fall asleep against me. I’d make her feel so loved. I want her to think she’s as perfect as I see her.

A lovely ladies smile, her laugh. How she brightens up every room she enters. That’s all I want.
