Hi everyone,

We are so happy to see so many of you downloading and enjoying the Moment Stories app and interacting with the Emma Approved team! We are overwhelmed by your support and are so happy to see that you’re enjoying it.

However, we know there have been some bugs and some confusion, so hopefully we can clear some of that up!

1) First and foremost, if you have ANY issues with the game, please submit them to this form, and we will work to resolve the issues ASAP. http://pbly.co/momentbugs

2) The monetization of the app has come up quite a bit. We’d like to clarify that while you can purchase diamonds to speed up the play through and obtain moments faster, you will not need to spend money to play the game! The app should reward players who log in daily with a diamond reward, allowing you to buy the moments without any in-app purchases required.

3) Only moments 1-3 should be available currently, and the release of more content will be coming! There are some countries where the whole story is available by mistake, so we ask that you don’t spoil the ending for fans who cannot access it yet!

4) The app should be available globally and across Android and iOS devices. We apologize for it being unavailable for iOS devices below the 5S model, we unfortunately do not have control over this element of the app and cannot change it.
