“Emmy is a fashion girl; it’s effortless. She doesn’t work with a stylist, and it’s a direct interaction,” says the 43-year-old L.A.-based designer. Jokes Rossum: “She calls it an interaction. I call it stalking.” The actress says the “beautiful nude-colored dress with beading” that she wore to the Vanity Fair Oscar party this year is her favorite. The designer, who launched in 1996 with a bridal line (Reese Witherspoon, Britney Spears and Pink have worn her wedding designs), loves the actress’ style: “It’s not classically beautiful. Emmy Rossum was at the Golden Globe 2019 last and wore pink Monique Lhuillier Spring 2019 Ready-to-Wear. She opted to not wear the black ribbon.
The effect is spectacular. She looked ethereal. She is classic beauty and we can always expect from her something very elegant and classy.
I really love this look and I wish we could see more Monique Lhuillier dresses on the red carpet.

The “Riverdale” actress wore a sparkling Monique Lhuillier Spring 2020 Ready-to-Wear dress for The Hollywood Reporter TIFF Studio Presented By St. Regis, MAC, And Martell. I appreciate the flirty and sweet nature of this look.
For the premiere, the new Rodarte ambassador, chose to wear one their dress form the Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear collection. I’m not really crazy about this look. I don’t know if it’s her hair, too tight and sever or the color that washes her out.
I’m on the fence on this one. But other than that, she has time to experiment and find what’s best for her.
