Climbed Mount Buko..yay!! another mountain cross of list.
Managed to get done just before crazy rain arrive. Have to fly back to London soon but just saw the news. Hope the virus doesnt effect my flights..otherwise just stay in lovely Japan x

Just realized there’s actually way more dead people left on Everest than what’s recorded
It’s not just the people that die trying to summit the mountain
It’s also all the ashes of loved ones scattered at the top by the people that are successful in their climb
Coming down off the summit of Mt Hood for the second and definitely not last time this year. Love having this mountain in my backyard.

Time for exercise and listening to the fantastic bands I listen to… and I will be watching the hiking professor while I work out. He inspires me so much… to hike more, climb mountains and get in even better shape.
