Juri Ooba: flamin’ hot cheeto bags. i don’t know who gifted them to her but she’s touched and she wears them everywhere. it’s like a little bell on a collar for cats, you hear “crunch crunch crunch” and you see her walkin’ down the street in her plastic cheeto outfit. literally recycling to save the environment.

Sakuya Suzuka: Make her wear a hoodie that Ryoko gave her that is simultaneously embarrassing but also very thoughtful.

Any predictions for who will get winter outfits?

We generally get a good mixture of Main Story girls and Side Story girls. I feel like this year we might get some from the Promised Blood faction and maybe one of the Neo-Magius characters?

It’d be nice if Nanaka or Meiyui got some love this year. Also would really like a cute winter outfit for Ui and Mifuyu!

What character in the magireco game are you least happy about having? It can be for any reason– got them instead of a limited character, you don’t like their personality, you hate their design, ect.

This is the pinnacle of hideous character design. This is what fashion designers see as their sleep paralysis demon

I kinda want to write another gameplay guide, but I’m not sure what it would be.

I was thinking… maybe a guide on uncapped units– like, who is good to invest in, who isn’t, what a character can be used for, some tricks and tips, things like that.

Y’all know how I am regarding making new alts (I am SERIOUSLY BATTLING the temptation to make another alt account righ tnow jesus christ it would be five accounts in total), but one thing kind of fun about alt accounts is building your girls up and choosing who to work on. I want to retry my 4* girls only account, but I’m already kind of drowning with my current alts haha.

Another thought is maybe a Spirit Enhancement guide, but tbh I’m not actually sure if I’m the right person to write it. I tend to do all the passives + active and then fill out as much ATK as possible, but I know that some people also will selectively choose passives to prioritize all that Attack. Additionally, I know that there are people who like… use websites to plan everything out, which I don’t do.

I don’t want to write something that actually harms the way a person views the game or sets them back, if that makes sense

I think the guide to uncapped units sounds like a good idea! Like telling new players which two low rarity girls of each element are worth investing in like Tsuruno + Manaka for flame or Kako + Kaede for forest.

Or you could talk about the available “starter 4 star girls” you get to chose from at the start of the game to help players who can´t decide or don´t have an immediate fave

I had a thought. Swimsuit Alt Elements:

Light: Homura, Sakurako

Dark: 

Aqua: Iroha, Amane Sisters, Rena & Kaede

Flame:Kyoko

Forest:Mami

Is Dark next?

Additionally, if Dark is next, then there are two possibilities:

• The character will be the same element as in their normal version (Kyoko, Mami, Sakurako)
• The character will switch elements (Homura, Iroha, Amane Sisters)

Also, we know that characters who have swimsuit costumes (not alts, but the costumes they can wear on their normal self) can get special swimsuit variants (Iroha, Rena, Kaede, Kyoko, Mami). 

So who do you guys think is next?

I think Mifuyu is the most likely if we’re choosing from the dark element itself. Outside of that, if my concerns are valid, I wonder if my favorite pair of light lesbians would become dark lesbians if they got a swimsuit alt (Kokoro and Masara)

Other thoughts: Sayaka, Madoka, Alina, Karin….

Most of the main story characters have alts at this point, except for:Alina and Karin, and basically all of the arc 2 girls. So it’s possible that arc 2 girls could finally get an alt as well.

The only other thought I have is that Momoko and Rena both have singular alts, while Kaede’s only alt is with a dual unit with Rena. So Kaede is still kinda missing one, but I don’t think she’d get a second swimsuit alt.

Another thought: some non-main story girls are getting alts. Rika&Ren, the Azalea house girls. I do think it’s probable, perhaps even overdue, that Kokoro and Masara will get one soon.

Fuckin’ gan made an atrocious swimsuit design for Kokoro, so I am wondering if that’s a sign of things to come.

Lastly lastly, Mifuyu does have an alt, but it’s a duo, so she might get a solo at one point.

I’ve gotten a few dms and asks and I feel like I should remind everyone that I do not speak Japanese! I am not a translator, I don’t translate anything. I’m sorry!! 

Neverarine is going to be translating the Oriko event, plus her MGS, plus Fork’s quotes! And has already started to work on it <3 They’re a huge Oriko fan so I’m 160% sure it’s going to be done quickly (as quickly as can be) and with expect quality.

But unfortunately I can’t tell you what’s happening beyond what I’ve read in the big discord by disgruntled fans lol
