Anybody else ever talk about having a rehearsal and then wonder what the heck a “hearsal” is?
Happy Birthday, Rameau!
Here’s a lil’ throwback in your honor:
You know what they say about men with big hands…
They write difficult piano music.

I wanted to thank everybody who decided to follow me! I’ve hit 300 followers. Wow. I will try to be more active on here to give more inspiration and cute study pictures in the future. Please look forward to it :)
Luke wishes you a happy practice session
We approach practicing like a mental activity when, in fact, it is at least 50% a physical activity by definition. Try caring for your physical self too after practicing:
- Ice your forearms
- Do PT designed to counteract the overused motions of practicing
- EAT before and after practicing
- SLEEP every night like athletes to
- Naps help practice sessions sink in
- Be careful about overuse through activities that strain the same muscles and joints…i.e. careful how much you type if you’re a pianist. (Looking at you here, Rachelle)
- If you have the privilege of affording it, get regular chiropractic care
