All you need to know about Elvis Costello is that he was banned from Saturday Night Live for breaking protocol when he decided last minute on live television to play the song he wanted (Radio, Radio) instead of the song their label wanted them to play. Pretty cool considering it was a high-pressure first-time appearance before an American audience which came before the US release of his well-known and acclaimed My Aim Is True album in 1978.
