His concern over the sentimental value of his coat is just so sweet. He hasn’t really had a home since he left Vesuvia (till recently), so the clothes on his back are literally all he had for years. And as it’s a doctor’s coat, his identity is wrapped up in it too.
And how touching is his worry for his leech babies?
