Did a bunch of squats to get him pumping. I did a breathhold and push too. The sound was a bit off for whatever reason. I wish the sound would cooperate.
My first try with my new mic setup. Yup, I’m flaunting my cardiophile shirt again. I’ll be wearing it again at concert number two next Friday in Saratoga Springs. Anyone who lives on the way, or in the area, and wants to get together, drop me a line, lubdup lubdup.
To fix the problem with my recordings always sounding as if I was recording under water, I changed the speaker and microphone quality to best, and disabled noise suppression and acoustic echo. I had messed around with those before, but I guess I didn’t do it right. My mic setup is better because I finally had the courage to cut the tubing of one of my steths [sigh] and connect the mic directly to it. I hope you enjoy.

Just me listening to my heart again. Once was not enough. My heart was pumping hard, as you can see. It’s not the most visible of hearts, but still slightly visible. I wish you could have heard or felt it, or brought me an echo so that you could have seen it.
This is my first time using this thing. I have no idea what I’m doing.There are ways to tweak the image, but I haven’t read the directions yet. I ripped it out of the box, plugged it in, and went to town. I needed to see my heart IMMEDIATELY!

15 pull-ups should make my heart pump harder. The two pushes I did made my heart pause for a good moment, and then pump extremely forcefully right after, insofar as me feeling every slamming beat–yea, it was slamming. I felt a little light-headed. I haven’t used my doppler in quite a while. I forgot just how much fun it is.
I had the urge to record myself listening to my heart. When the urge comes, it comes. I did a video, with heart sounds, right after this one, in which I do squats and pushes, but it was too large to upload here. I’m in the process of uploading it to my youtube page. I hope it’s not too big for there too.
