It’s been a while since I haven’t indulged in late night eating, & its time to finally listen to my body. My sleep hasn’t been the best & some lower back pain upon rising seem to indicate a necessary change in lifestyle. I’m sure a little belly fat will be lost as well, but improving my overall well being is the main intent. That being said, I’ve decided that unless it is a special occasion or an evening out with my King I’m going to do a late night eating fast for the next 30 days & see how I feel.

Here are a few tips I put together to help with late night eating.

Don’t forget to pick a time & just stick to it. Be realistic. Don’t starve yourself.
