The good news: I decided to practice by waking up early this week and I actually woke up very easily this morning and I feel pretty much fine

The bad news: it’s 5:30 am and I have nothing to do

Day two: still feel pretty good, definitely would rather be asleep but I can deal with that, but I was Really tired last night and my sleep was a little rocky And I have a movie date tonight, so hopefully I don’t fall asleep in the theatre
