So my dad brought home covid and my mom and I are immunocompromised! He’s already better and going back to work, where he originally got it from most likely, and my mom and I are horribly sick, we’re all vaccinated thankfully but still super sick. My lungs, especially my right one, feels super heavy and hurts to laugh or cough, which I’m doing a ton of. And my dad’s pissy that we’re not getting better as fast cuz apparently we want to get waited on like I’m sorry we have it worse than you do you want that? Wtf? Anyway that’s how things are going rn

Good and bad news, while the phone isn’t officially cut off I have a guaranteed solution for when that happens and won’t need assistance for it moving forward. Bad news is I can’t access my pre-existing job searching account and have to contact UI again, which basically means a lot more waiting and maybe not getting the answers I actually need.
At the end of the day, the most important thing to keep me looking and finding ways to fix my situation is getting my internet bill paid. We’re behind a month so it’s not small, but it would be great if we could get it paid off in the next 10 days because that’s when they cut our internet. I’ve been meaning to post this for about a week, but I’ve also been slowly working through getting my house properly clean and that takes so incredibly much out of me, even for small tasks. It just kept slipping my mind, so I’m sorry for the crunched timeframe.

Hate to do this again, but my internet bill is coming up and it’s extremely important that I pay it.
My mother threatened to shut off my phone for distancing myself from our relationship hoping it would force me to let her back in. I pay my bill every month unless I absolutely can’t(which has not happened since I told her to leave me alone), and I never ask her for anything.
On the flip side, she has not respected my boundaries and has found all kinds of reasons to try forcing her way back into my life. Most recently, she tried persuading me not to get vaccinated. I blocked her, and while she’s known for making empty threats she’s also unpredictable and sometimes follows through even at risk of financially hurting herself because she thinks it will hurt me.
Obviously take care of yourselves first, but I need $100 to pay off my bill + some extra charges left over of last month’s late fee.

As many of you know, I did get enough to pay my internet bill and we’re doing okay in that department now.
I did get an update from my mother. I have until the 15th to pay the last $72 on my bill and port the 2 phones I pay for to our own plan. Today is the 6th and I’m no closer to doing that than I was before.
If I can’t manage to acquire the funds to switch by the 15th, I have to pay an additional $67.20. I don’t have a plan picked out yet but I really want to pay off what I can ASAP while I figure out what to do next.
Plz boost this once again, I’m so close to not having to do this with her ever again and I just want it to be over.
