Pupdate #11 April 4, 2017

Okay, okay, okay. I know. It’s been yet another year since I last posted. But you gotta understand, it’s hard to type when you have paws as big as mine. But I’m done making excuses. I need to be a better blogging puppy. I know. New year, new me. (Just ignore the fact that the year is already a quarter done)

So, today Taylor was being especially nice. Like, way too nice. She took me to walk around campus. I was immediately suspicious. She knows campus is my all-time favorite sniffing spot. However, when we arrived, I knew it was all too good to be true. As usual everything revolved around Taylor. She wanted to take pictures for her stupid blog. Does anyone even read that shit? Oops, my mom has been trying to encourage me to swear less. But anyways, nobody wants to see pictures of Taylor anyways. I’m the real star. Never forget it.

So, here she is posing and shit stuff. And I don’t want to be any part of it. You know what I want to be doing? Running around. Eating leaves. Chasing the bunnies. Chasing the students. Especially the international ones who squeal really loudly and look frightened when they see me. Have they never met a dog as cute as me before? Well, obviously not.

Love,

Oaks

Pupdate #10 March 25, 2016

So I have to admit that I’ve been slacking a little on this blog. I’m embarrassed to say that it’s almost been an entire year since I last gave y’all a little pupdate on my life. But I’ve been busy doing some doggy things. I’ve been taking agility classes 24/7 so that I can be the most talented dog ever. I’ve learned so many new tricks that I can’t wait to show you one day!

I’ll be turning four in a month and a half and I can’t wait. Maybe my family will start thinking I’m actually mature now. They don’t realize how much I’ve grown up. I used to be such a rambunctious pup, but I’ve really settled down into being a calm adult. I hardly ever run around the house like a crazy guy or jump on house guests anymore! See? I’ve really changed!

And, in addition, I think I’ve started to look like an adult as well! I will always have my puppy cuteness because I’m just adorable but I’ve also turned into such a handsome man, wouldn’t you agree? I’m gorgeous.

Love,

Oaks

Pupdate #3 February 20, 2015

If there’s one thing you must know about me, it’s that I love the snow. I love to eat it. I love to roll around in it. I love to bury my head in it. I even love to pee on it. Snow is the greatest thing in the world. Taylor is always complaining about the snow. But there are some days when she takes me outside. I used to think it was because she was letting me play in it. I used to think Taylor was nice and selfless and just wanted to see my happy. But the truth? Taylor only takes me outside to play in the snow when she wants to take pictures. And to make matters even worse, she doesn’t even let me roll around the snow. I’m not even allowed to touch it. She always wants me to sit right beside her and look cute. It’s tough looking cute. But sometimes, when she’s not looking, I sneak away and eat a mouthful of snow. That one moment of happiness is worth her dragging me away from that mountain of white stuff and back towards my perch beside her.

But, because I’m such a good puppy, I always make sure to sit by her side just long enough so she manages to get a couple good shots with me. After all, I want to see her blog succeed and I know that her only way to success will be through me. People only follow her blog because of me, duh.

Love,

Oaks
